Must Watch Atty. Salvador Panelo Burns Coco Martin's Video Tantrum

Former Spokesperson and veteran lawyer, Atty. Salvador Panelo answered every bits of issues thrown by Coco Martin against the President due to the closure of ABS-CBN. He was able to burned down Coco Martin who made some headlines on social media during the past few days.

Before Atty. Panelo answered Coco Martin's statements, he revealed another celebrity in the person of composer of Anthony Castelo who called out every Filipino citizens and asked them not to drag Pres. Duterte name in the closure of ABS-CBN. He even castigated the Washington Post article who wrote some biased reports against the President.

According to the veteran lawyer and legal adviser of the President, Coco Martin should not blame the President for the closure of ABS-CBN.

Atty. Panelo even cited a statement released on social media by singer-composer Anthony Castelo who urged some Filipino citizens not to blame the President and castigated the news article posted by Washington Post blaming the President on the issue involving ABS-CBN.

The veteran lawyer called out Coco Martin that the decision of the National Telecommunications Communications to close down ABS-CBN is based on their violations committed against the laws of the land.

Atty. Sal Panelo noted that the law shut down ABS-CBN and that's the long and short of it, "walang ibang nagpasara kundi ang batas, and no amount of rationalizing and fingerpointing, the closure stands from the expiration of their franchise."

According to the veteran lawyer, Section 1 of Republic Act 3846 says "No person, firm, company, association or corporation shall construct, install, establish, or operate a radio transmitting station, or a radio receiving station used for commercial purposes, or a radio broadcasting station, without having first obtained a franchise therefor from the Congress of the Philippines."

RA 3846 is also based on Section 11 of the Philippine Constitution that says "No franchise, certificate, or any other form of authorization for the operation of a public utility shall be granted except to citizens of the Philippines or to corporations or associations organized under the laws of the Philippines, at least sixty per centum of whose capital is owned by such citizens, unless otherwise provided by law."

Atty. Sal Panelo asked Coco Martin to understand the real issue first before issuing a statement on social media because he will surely be held accountable with every statement he released and bashers will surely attacked him on social media.

The veteran lawyer also called out some opportunist who always wanted some publicity "For their own selfish political agenda, the usual nasty and bitchy opportunists grabbed at what appears to be a juicy controversy and took turns in putting the blame on the President." Panelo stated.
