Thinking Pinoy Reveals the Reasons Why Del Rosario is a National Security Threat to China

Veteran blogger and political analyst on social media revealed some of the most interesting reasons why the former Secretary of the Department of Foreign Affairs is indeed a National Security Threat to China.

The revelations of Thinking Pinoy was made after the extended questioning of former Foreign Affairs Secretary Albert del Rosario at Hong Kong Airport. TP claimed that Albert Del Rosario is indeed a national security threat to China based on the information he gathered online.

The veteran blogger who is also known as RJ Nieto on real life stated some facts regarding the issue involving Del Rosario. The former government official is being held and questioned for an extended period which is similar to the experience of ex-Ombudsman Conchita Carpio-Morales.

Del Rosario went to Hong Kong to attend First Pacific board meetings, the same company that owns Forum Energy, which called the Department of Energy in the Philippines to lift the oil exploration ban on Reed Bank.

ON THE EXTENDED QUESTIONING OF FORMER FOREIGN AFFAIRS SEC. ALBERT DEL ROSARIO AT HONG KONG AIRPORT

Well, del Rosario is indeed a National Security Threat to China.

Let me explain how and why.

Here are the facts of the issue:

1. Former Foreign Sec. Albert del Rosario is being held and questioned for an extended period at the Hong Kong International Airport, similar to what happened to ex- Ombudsman Conchita Morales last month. [http://bit.ly/2KYvrtM]

2. Del Rosario, right before he boarded the HK-bound plane in NAIA, said China’s call for a joint probe on Filipino fishing boat incident in Reed Bank a ‘bowl of fruit salad’ and insult to Filipinos. |[http://bit.ly/2L4c16F]

3. Del Rosario flew to Hong Kong to attend First Pacific board meetings [http://bit.ly/2L4UXgS].

4. Del Rosario is a director of First Pacific [http://bit.ly/2L4M7jq].

5. Del Rosario's First Pacific owns Forum Energy [http://bit.ly/2KYw32y] which, just in December 2018, called for the Department of Energy Philippines to lift the oil exploration ban on Reed Bank [http://bit.ly/2L5RUoS].

Let me spell this out: Del Rosario has been attacking China over Reed Bank, the same area in the Spratlys where his company -- Hong Kong-based First Pacific -- wants to explore and exploit for oil and gas.

And what's he going to do in Hong Kong? To attend a First Pacific Board Meeting, that will take place just several days after the Reed Bank Incident.

Gurl...

This bears repeating: Del Rosario's business interests clash with the National Interest of China.

If I were China, I would have done the same. Actually, I would not even bother to question him and instead outrightly deny him entry to Hong Kong.

Responsive

I mean, why would China help further Del Rosario and First Pacific's anti-China interests, and worse, further it on nowhere else but Chinese soil?

That would be downright stupid, and China is not stupid. How would you react if a staunchly anti-Filipino Chinese national arrives at our immigration counter to do business in Manila?

Yung insultuhin nga lang ang bansa, gusto na nating ipa-persona non grata, e paano pa yung naghahanapbuhay sa bansa natin na labag sa Pambansang Interes ang hanapbuhay?

Stop whining, del Rosario. You cannot have your cake and eat it too.
