The President noted that even the Bangko Sentral or the Central Bank of America will not give at least 30 percent of income in any investment, as what KAPA promised to give ot its investors and members.

The former Mayor of Davao City once again warned against this type of investment "You are into syndicated estafa that is why NBI, sarhan mo na sila at dalhin mo doon sa.. upon my orders, upon my orders, otherwise I said, do not.." Pres. Duterte stated.

President Duterte's statement came out after the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) issued freeze order against KAPA and the series of warning by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

The AMLC order also means that their assets will not be withdrawn from any banks. The SEC branch in Legazpi also warned the general public to be careful with any investment-taking activities of KAPA and other investments schemes.

During the past few months, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) issued a desist order (CDO) against the operation of KAPA.
