The wife of controversial religious leader and founder of Kapa Family Ministry, Pastor Joel Apolinario who is identified as Reyna Lobitana Apolinario is reportedly controls the fast-growing business empire of the former fishermen and construction worker from Mindanao.
Based upon the records of the Securities and Exchange Commission there are at least 10 businesses funded by Pastor Joel Apolinario's Kapa donations-blessings investment schemes, which according to authorities resembled a Ponzi Scheme.
The businesses of Pastor Joel's wife ranges from food to real estate to mining which were put up between January 2018 and April 2019 just when Pastor Apolinario promise 30 percent guaranteed monthly return was picked up by a horde of Filipinos who wanted to get rich quick.

According to some information, Pastor Apolinario and his wife Reyna Lobitana Apolinario allegedly owned a hospital and school in Tagum, Davao del Norte.
The Securities and Exchange Commission also revealed that KAPA’s latest financial statement in 2017 showed that it has only P 465,000 in declared total assets compared to the P50 billion investments the SEC believed it generated from 5 million gullible investors.
