Veteran broadcaster and prominent media personality Erwin Tulfo is reportedly being eyed by the Duterte administration as the able replacement for Secretary Martin Andanar as head of the Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO).
According to some reports and reliable insiders inside the Palace, Broadcaster Erwin Tulfo is reportedly set to be appointed as head of the Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO) as Communications Secretary Martin Andanar takes on a new role within the Duterte Cabinet.
Sec. Andanar is being eyed by the President as his new adviser on political affairs following Atty. Francis Tolentino's election as senator of the Republic.
Once Sec. Andanar's new appointment push through, it's not far fetched that Pres. Rody Duterte will appoint another broadcaster to head the PCOO.
Erwin Tulfo, one of the Tulfo siblings who are best known in the broadcast industry as the toughest journalists in terms of public service.
The appointment of Erwin Tulfo is indeed obvious according to some political analyst, Tulfo possessed a no nonsensene attitude to boot and he can be an even bigger asset to the administration of Pres. Duterte as Head of the PCOO.
In an interview with some media, Communications Secretary Martin Andanar has yet to receive word from Pres. Rody Duterte if he will be appointed to another post soon. Andanar is rumored to served as Presidential Adviser on Political Affairs as replacement for incoming Senator Francis Tolentino.
