The Duterte administration proved once and for all that they are the kind of administration that really cared for the masses and motorists as they can now pass through Quirino Bridge or more popularly known as Concordia Bridge in the Quirino Highway located in Paco, Manila.
The announcement of the opening of Quirino Bridge II was made by no less than the head of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), Secretary Mark Villar.
According to DPWH Secretary Mark Villar, the re-opening of the bridge's side will help the traffic flow in Manila, Pasay and Quezon cities.
Quirino Bridge II connects the cities of Manila, Pasay, and Makati in the middle and eastern part of Metro Manila.
The bridge was temporarily closed in 2018 to allow the construction of the Metro Manila Skyway State 3 Project worth P58-Million.
Netizens also took to social media to show their support and satisfaction with the Duterte administration for taking care in some of the Metro's main problems especially in terms of traffic congestion.
