Presidential son Paolo "Pulong" Duterte issued an urgent warning to the People of Davao City not to get involved with the controversial Hugpong Federal Movement of the Philippines which was being accused as scammers.
According to the information presented to the former Vice Mayor, one of his purok leader asked him about the authenticity of Hugpong Federal Movement collecting money among the residents of the Barangay in exchange for the senior citizens' ID and T-Shirt by Hugpong Federal Movement of the Philippines.
VM Pulong Duterte wanted to know more about the controversial scam as he urged the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) to investigate the organizers of Hugpong Federal Movement of the Philippines.
The controversial solicitation for membership of Hugpong Federal amounting to around P200.00. The Hugpong ID costs around P150 while the Tshirt Printing costs P50.00.
