Concerned netizen and self-confessed Pro-Duterte supporter on social media, Adolfo Mortera burned down Sister Mary John Mananzan for her controversial statement about the alleged dictatorship.
Sr. Mary John Mananzan, the former President of St. Scholastica's College released a statement regarding the alleged dictatorship tendency of Pres. Rody Duterte.
Sister Mananzan was quoted as saying "Kung wala nang respeto sa batas kundi kagustuhan na lang ng isang tao ang namamayani, diktadura po 'yan. Ayaw na natin ng diktadura. Kaya muli nating buhayin ang spirit of EDSA-'Pag tayo ay sama-sama, magtatagumpay tayo na mapatalski ang diktadura." Mananzan stated.
The statement of Sister Mananzan caught the attentions of Adolfo Mortera who replied to the statement and burned down the veteran protester and servant of God.
According to Adolfo Mortera, Sister Mananzan should realized the real meaning of the word dictatorship.
Mortera gives an example of a dictatorship reminding the servant of God that she is also guilty of becoming a dictator when she decided to order teenage students of St. Scholastica to rally against the government using the placards her group made which is considered as a clear sign of child abuse.
The veteran blogger also reminded Sister Mananzan that her idol Cory Aquino's declaration of a Revolutionary Government and giving away all the state properties to cronies, particularly the Meralco to the Lopez family is a clear sign of dictatorship.
