Netizen Burn Down Raoul Manuel for Criticizing the Duterte Admin's Plans for Government Scholar Activists
Concerned netizen burned down the controversial leader and secretary general of the National Union of Students of the Philippines (NUSP) for his statement regarding the free education and scholarships which he alleged are not from Duterte's money.
Raoul Manuel was quoted as saying "Free Education and scholarships are not from Duterte's money. They are people's money. So students are not indebted to the corrupt tyrant in Malacanang. We owe our education to the Filipino people, to whom the youth offers its efforts as we push for the rights and welfare of the oppressed millions." Manuel stated.
The statement of Manuel caught the attention of some concerned netizens as they reminded the NUSP leader that it is the people who paid for their schooling and scholarships and they should respect the people for that. They should not disrupt the government through protest rallies and eventually become communists.
In an open letter to NUSP and other student activists, netizens reminded them that they should be ashamed and should be considered as traitors because of the fact that the people paid for their education.
Here's the Viral Open Letter to NUSP Leader Raoul Manuel:
