An arrogant woman from Davao City is now making the rounds online after she was caught on camera hurting an enforcer despite the fact that she allegedly committed and apprehended for illegal parking violations.
Concerned netizen Mara G. Duay captured the video of the incident in Davao City which is considered as one of the few cities in the Philippines where people are well-known to follow the traffic rules and other ordinances.
Based upon the video which went viral on social media, a woman in a red dress was caught on camera, fuming and debating with one of the traffic enforcers in Davao City who explained the traffic violations that she committed.

According to Mara Duay, the video uploader, the incident could have ended earlier, if the alleged arrogant woman just decided to surrender her license, however, the violator insisted that she didn't commit anything wrong.
The confrontation between the car owner and the traffic enforcer worsened after the alleged violator hurts one of the traffic enforcers, fortunately, the said enforcer and his colleagues who responded with the incident just kept calm.
There's no definite explanations on what really happened after the controversial incident but according to some netizens, the lady in red confronting the enforcer could face multiple cases for hurting the enforcer. Some netizens also urged Mayor Sara Duterte to make an action against the woman who belittled the law enforcer.
Although there were lots of netizens taking the side of the lowly traffic enforcer, one of the netizen defended who was identified as Drahcir Mibulos said that the lady in red is pregnant and her temper might be affected by her current condition.
