A traffic enforcer of the Land Transporation Office (LTO) drew flaks on social media after an alleged MMDA employee posted an edited video of the apprehension conducted by the LTO officer to MMDA employee. Due to the virality of the first video posted by the MMDA employee, the LTO officer responded by posting the complete video showing how arrogant the MMDA employee was.
Based upon the viral video posted by the LTO officer, he caught the alleged MMDA employee violating an important traffic violation, driving while using his cellular phone. Although the MMDA employee did not resist the earlier apprehension, it can be seen in the video on how he treated the LTO officer who apprehended him.
The confrontation between the LTO officer and the MMDA employee started when the LTO officer asked for the driver's license, but the license presented by the MMDA employee was already expired and claimed that it was the LTO's fault why his license was expired because the office did not release his new driver's license.

The alleged MMDA employee also cursed the LTO officer during the confrontation but the officer controlled his anger and speak professionally with the irate driver. When the apprehended driver was asked to check the brake pedal for the signal lights, the MMDA employee refused to abide with the LTO officer's request.
During the said confrontation, the alleged MMDA driver also presented the wrong receipt to the apprehending officer and he wanted to check if he is indeed driving with expired license.
Despite the explanations of the LTO officer that the driver was presenting an expired license and receipt, the driver still stood his ground and luckily the problem was settled when a higher officer came to the rescue and explained the real problems of the confrontations between the LTO officer and the alleged MMDA employee.
