Popular action star Robin Padilla felt grateful upon knowing that his statement and challenge against Sen. Antonio Trillanes reached the senator and answered his call to answer him. Robin Padilla called Trillanes as a coward because he took refuge inside the Senate instead of facing his legal problems.
The action star felt honored for the statement released by Trillanes through the media, the senator admitted that he could not give a direct answer or comments on the call of Padilla for him to surrender.
Trillanes stated that there's so much problems the country are now facing and it's a nationall issue or problem, therefore he has no time to answer Robin Padilla but just noted that the actor is "Parang Bata!"
Before slamming and criticizing Trillanes, Robin Padilla asked an apology to the family of the senator and those people who were hurt with his earlier pronouncements against the Senator whom he challenged to came out of the Senate and not hide inside the premises.

Robin Padilla was quoted as saying "Alam mo Antonio, sa usaping ito, isa lang ang parang bata dito eh, ikaw, kasi ikaw ang nagtatago, ikaw ang nakikipagtaguan. Ako nagpunta ng senado para makita ko ang pagsilibi, ang pag-serve ng batas, kasi sa batas, no one is above the law. Yan pare, yan ang point natin, dapat ang lahat ay sumusunod sa batas, yon ang punto ko. Kaya pumunta ako ng senado para i-praktis ko ang aking rights, karapatan ko yon eh, karapatan ko ang pumunta doon."
Padilla also added further that "Kayo ang parang bata diyan, kasi kayo ang nagtatago eh, hindi ba kayo nahihiya, senador kayo eh, senador kayo pero hindi kayo malayang makalabas sa senado at nagtatago kayo dyan. Aba'y pambihira yon ah, napakalaking palaisipan yon, yun ang isang bagay na dapat ilagay mo sa isip mo." Padilla stated.
Robin Padilla stated "Sino ba ang parang bata pare, Senador ako pero nagtatago ako sa senado, hindi ako makakalabas, nakikipagtaguan ako." Padilla said.
The veteran actor also reminded that controversial senator about his previous actions which is a pure evidence of having a child-like behavior. Sen. Trillanes was one of the junior officers who led the Oakwood Mutiny and the Manila Peninsula Seige wherein they challenge the administration of former Pres. Arroyo but after just a few hours of stand-off they decided to stand down and surrender their arms.
