Presidential spokesperson Harry Roque made an interesting suggestions to Sen. Antonio Trillanes who challenged Pres. Rody Duterte to take an IQ Test to determine who among the two of them is better to lead the country but he was burned down by spokesperson who suggested that Trillanes should take a test on sanity.
During the last press briefing of Spox Harry Roque, he was asked by a member of the press to comment on the statement of Sen. Trillanes that they will undergo an IQ Test together.
Spox Harry Roque replied by saying "Well, let's start with the psych test, then we can go to an IQ Test. That's my ano, an IQ Test is premature, let's begin with a psych test."

The Presidential spokesman clarified his statement by saying that Sen. Trillanes should take a test on sanity first before challenging the President to have an IQ Test together. He also noted that the President is not obliged to give to any demands of everyone.
Spox Roque was quoted as saying "Again the President is not obliged to give in to any demands of anyone,” Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque said in a Palace briefing.
On Monday, Trillanes challenged Duterte to an IQ test after Duterte questioned his intelligence during the National Heroes’ Day rites held at the Libingan ng mga Bayani. The President said that he wondered how Sen. Trillanes was able to survive studying at the Philippine Military Academy (PMA) given “his character, his mouth, and his low IQ.”
Trillanes, a former Navy officer, said the President’s failure to solve the country’s problems is proof that he has a low IQ. He said he is willing to resign as senator if Duterte scores higher than him in the IQ test. The senator's challenge to resign if he has a lower IQ is indeed irrelevant according to some netizens because he is scheduled to step down from his office this coming 2019.
