La Salle Professor Lambasts Opposition for Complaining Against Calida But Silence on Hilbay's Overspending
Veteran La Salle Professor and prominent social media personality, Professor Antonio Contreras lambasts the opposition or the Dilawan because of their continued attack against Solicitor General Jose Calida but their latest tirades backfired as COA discovered that it is not only Calida who is allegedly overspending but also former SolGen, Florin Hilbay, who recieved P4.662 million.
According to Prof. Contreras, the state auditors had flagged SolGen Calida over the same issue in 2016, when he reportedly received P1.123 million while his predecessor, Florin Hilbay, received P4.662 million." Contreras also noted that even former SolGen Florin Hilbay were allegedly overspending during his term under Pres. Aquino.
The veteran professor from La Salle also challenged the supporters of the Liberal Party and the Dilawans to proved that Hilbay was also innocent with the overspending at OSG issue.
