Thinking Pinoy Expose the Fake News by Silent No More About the Supposed German Civil Disobedience

Popular social media personality and DDS blogger Thinking Pinoy made another controversial expose on social media as he debunked the fake news that the LP-alligned FB Page Silent No More is now spreading on social media.

Silent No More posted a photo showing an alleged abandoned cars in Germany and asking all Filipinos if it is now time for a civil disobedience, but netizens took so social media and exposed the lies that Silent No More posted online.

Thinking Pinoy wondered why Sen. Risa Hontiveros, Bam Aquino, Kiko Pangilinan ang Antonio Trillanes didn't invite their ally Silent No More to the Senate to explain their side on spreading fake news about the supposed civil disobedience in Germany.

According to Thinking Pinoy, Silent No More calls for civil disobedience, supposedly due to the TRAIN Law's severe effect on fuel prices by claiming that Germans already did so in the past for some reasons. However, a reverse image search showed that the photo used in the graphic posted by Silent No More was taken during the 2012 Golden Week holiday in Shenzhen, China.

The photo taken in China, was during the time when the Chinese government decided to suspend toll collection in expressways, resulting into a massive traffic jam as hundreds of thousands take advantage of the freebie.

Here's the Complete Statement of Thinking Pinoy:

FAKE NEWS NA NAMAN: WHY DIDN'T RISA, BAM, KIKO, AND ANTONIO INVITE THEIR ALLY SILENTNOMORE TO THE SENATE?

Just recently, a Liberal Party-aligned page calls for civil disobedience, supposedly due to the TRAIN Law's severe effect on fuel prices. It then claimed that Germans already did so in the past and for the same reason [https://bit.ly/2x1xcRB].

However, a reverse image search showed that the photo used in the graphic was taken during the 2012 Golden Week holiday in Shenzhen, China, when the Chinese Government decided to suspend toll collection in expressways, resulting into a massive traffic jam as hundreds of thousands take advantage of the freebie [https://bit.ly/2GDUsEV].
