Blogger Mark Lopez Expose the Real Story of the Missing P10.6 Billion PhilHealth Fund During Aquino's Time
Popular social media personality and self-confessed Duterte supporter Mark Lopez made an interesting explanations and expose about the real story of the missing P10.6 billion PhilHealth Fund during the administration of former Pres. Noynoy Aquino.
Mark Lopez explained that the funds of the PhilHealth came from the automatic deductions from our salary which is added to the government subsidy allocated to the agency each year, all these money come from the people's taxes.
During the year 2015 under the administration of Pres. Aquino, the Philippine Congress approved the P37 Billion budget allocations for PhilHealth as premium payments from indigents, low income and barangay workers as well as senior citizens.
The only problem with the P37 billion budget allocations was the non-approval of Pres. Noynoy Aquino. BS Aquino did not approve the budget allocation for PhilHealth, but he has other plans to be implemented.
Pres. Aquino decided not to prioritize the senior citizens and requested to former PhilHealth Head Padilla, in connivance and help from DOH Secretary Janette Garin to use the P10.6 Billion for the ambitious health facilities projects in different areas around the country.

Nung 2015, nag approve ang Congress ng 37BILLION allocation para sa Philhealth para sa premium ng mga indigent, low income and baranggay workers, and senior citizens.

So ang ginawa ng Philhealth, eh nag request na sa DBM nung 2015.
Kaso, imbes na gamitin para sa senior citizens, ni request ni dating Philhealth head Padilla, sa tulong ni DOH secretary Garin, na ung 10.6Billion eh ilipat sa DOH para sa planong rural health facilities.
