Veteran Columnists Jojo Robles Questions QC Project Barricading Times Street

Veteran columnist and a well-known political analyst Jojo Robles questioned the project of the Quezon City government barricading a portion of Times Street and closing vehicular traffic.

According to Jojo Robles the barricading of Times Street will prevent entry into some part of the street which past Number 25 Times but did not revealed any further details about the person who lived in the said street.

Robles noted that his point in questioning the QC project was due to the fact that if the president of that house doesn't want to have to deal with protesters and other riffraff, he doesn't have to shut down a public road that is an important bypass for peopel going to Quezon Ave. from West Ave. and vice versa.

Although Robles did not name the once powerful individual whose resident can be found at Times Strait, it is already a public knowledge that former President Noynoy Aquino's home is at No. 25 Times Street in Quezon City

Here's the Complete Statement of Jojo Robles:

BARRICADING TIMES. As the following photos show, the Quezon City government has started to close to vehicular traffic a portion of Times Street in the West Triangle area.

The barricading will prevent entry into that part of the street which goes past Number 25 Times. If you don’t know who lives there, then I don’t feel obligated to tell you.

My point is, if the resident of that house doesn’t want to have to deal with protesters and other riffraff, he doesn’t have to shut down a public road that is an important bypass for people going to Quezon Avenue from West Avenue and vice versa.

And may I remind this once-powerful resident of Times that he is no longer president — and that even his mom, after she stepped down, never thought of barricading herself in her home, like West Triangle was part of Hacienda Luisita.

Move out of Times and into a real gated community if you don’t want random people to drive by your home, jerk.

Don’t use our taxes to deprive us of an important bypass road. Or to ease your paranoia.
