Veteran member of the Philippine Army and intelligence officer of the elite Scout Ranger, Sir Abe Purugganan urges the Duterte administration to investigate the alleged billion peso of extortion money provided by the telecom duopoly of Globe and Smart to the terrorist group, and armed wing of the Communist Party of the Philippines (CPP), the New People's Army (NPA).
Sir Abe Purugganan who is also a well known supporter of Pres. Duterte and one of the most vocal supporter of the Revolutionary Government movement on Facebook shared a very interesting post on social media as he asked on how Globe and Smart hide their alleged P3-billion budget for the NPA.
The veteran army officer called out the attention of AMLC to monitor the two largest telecom provider. Aside from AMLC, Purugganan also called out the attention of the intelligence community on how they monitor the flow of money going to the CPP-NPA.
