(Photos) Bohol International Airport in Panglao Construction Update

The Department of Transportation released some photos of the construction update of the Bohol International Airport in Panglao, Bohol. The newly constructed airport under the administration of Pres. Duterte will be completed on schedule by June 2018.

Pres. Duterte once said that he will do his best with the help of various government agencies to finished the New Bohol International Airport on target as part of the administration's Build Build Build Program.

The New Bohol Airport was designed as "A Green Gateway to the World," having its component on sustainable environmental protection.

During the past few months, representatives of Japan Airport Consultants (JAC) assured that the construction of the P7.8 billion project is on track.

The new airport in the Visayas constructed under the Duterte administration, once operational will be able to accommodate seven (7) aircraft at one time, including large aircraft for international flights.

The DOTr priority project is likewise expected to accommodate 1.9 million passengers annually in its opening year.
