Concerned netizen and Pro-Duterte blogger Mark Lopez described Sen. Risa Hontiveros as a vulture disguised as a Senator. A vulture according to Webster's dictionary is a contemptible person who preys on or exploits others.
The concerned netizen who described Sen. Hontiveros as a vulture is no other than Mark Lopez who stated that Sen. Hontiveros has practically deceived, coerced and forcibly took into custody the two minors who are supposed to be witnesses in the killing of Kian Delos Santos.
Sen. Hontiveros strategy was revealed by the immediate relatives of the said minors, who are pleading to authorities for the return to their families. A certain relative of the witness even showed a document that was purportedly prepared by the office of the senator for them to sign, after luring the kids and their guardians to a fastfood chain.
The revelations of the concerned netizen came out after news report spreads online showing how PAO urged Sen. Hontiveros to released the witness from her custody to the Senate or put under the Witness Protection Program of the DOJ.
