A document presented by outgoing Customs Commissioner Nicanor Faeldon which he marked as Exhibit F showed that the owner of Bonjourno Trading, the alleged company owned by Sen. Lacson's son, Pampi Lacson was able to pay $1.2 million as an advance payment for the cement shipment from Vietnam.
Commissioner Faeldon's Exhibit F in support of his testimony that the alleged company owned by Sen. Ping Lacson's son, Pampi Lacson does exist, but the office address mentioned in the document was discovered by a news outlet as a fake address or did not exist.
Although the exhibit presented by Faeldon and shared to the media did not make any mention of Pampi Lacson but the outgoing Customs Commissioner insisted that the owner of Bonjourno is no other than Lacson instead of Mr. Florencio del Rosario which was listed in the documents.
The total amount of the transaction between Bonjourno Trading and the Vietnamese company is clearly revealed as $48 Million despite the fact that evidence suggests that the company of Lacson had a capital of just P20,000.
The expose of Nicanor Faeldon came out after he was pinned down by Sen. Ping Lacson as one of those who received payola from big-time smugglers in the country. The senator also exposed that Faeldon received at least P100,000 during his entry as BOC Commissioner, Faeldon vehemently denied the issue.
