Meanwhile another social media blogger Mamshies released a total of 10 members of the House of Representatives. Out of the 12 mentioned above, only Rep. Jalosjos and Rep. Rodito Albano are not included in the list below.
Although it is not clear yet the names of congressman and congresswoman who voted against Secretary Taguiwalo, the CA just needed at least 13 votes against Taguiwalo and she will be rejected.
For the Senate side, Senators Ralph Recto, Loren Legarda, Miguel Zubiri, and Sonny Angara expressed support for Taguiwalo after Almario read the Committee report, saying they voted for her confirmation.
Secretary Judy Taguiwalo is a former political detainee, was endorsed to the Cabinet by the Communist Party of the Philippines as Pres. Duterte sought to broker a peace deal with leftist rebel.
