The Philippine President ranked No.1 in the poll which is even higher compared to Pope Francis, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and German Chancellor Angela Merkel.
Based on the latest results of the Online Poll, Pres. Rody Duterte already got four percent of the online votes.
