Vice Pres. Leni Robredo finally ended her silence as she released her statement about her alleged involvement in the controversial LeniLeaks issue during an interview with the media in Marinduque. VP Leni Robredo strongly denies her involvement with the alleged LeniLeaks but her answers raise more questions about her intelligence.

During the interview Leni Robredo answered that she did not fully know yet the controversial LeniLeaks but based on her answers she got all the knowledge and although she denied her involvement she did not explain why is it that an e-mail from her office was used in the said conversation.

According to Leni Robredo she was surprised with the LeniLeaks controversies because why is it that if the group discussed about secrets then it should not be put for public consumption. The VP strongly denies that she is part of the alleged group involved in LeniLeaks.
The Vice President also noted that she is at the receiving end of the equation because there are so many fake news and fake information or stories against her but as much as possible she wanted to concentrate on her job as the Vice President.
VP Leni Robredo also lambasts the DOJ Sec. Vitaliano Aguirre for his allegations that the Vice President stayed overnight at the house of Loida Nicolas-Lewis, one of the individual who initiated the group Global Filipino Diaspora Council (GFDC).
The Vice President was quoted as saying "Secretary po siya ng DOJ, sana po hindi siya nagsasabi ng mga kasinungalinan. Kasi iyon po talaga, kasinungalinan. Hindi ko po nakausap, hindi ko nakita manlang pagpunta ko ng America," Robredo stated.
