A viral Facebook post is currently making the rounds online showing
an alleged check deposited to the name of Sen. Antonio Trillanes IV
worth P500-Million. The post came out on social media after numerous
news media organization in the country reported the alleged hidden
wealth of Mayor Rodrigo Duterte.
The viral post of the Trillanes check went viral on social media after it was posted in one of the Facebook Page of Duterte supporters which has more than half a million page likes. Concerned netizen Antonio Tamarkis dared Sen. Trillanes to explain also his hidden wealth including the controversial viral check.
According to Antonio Tamarkis he did his own research and the check seems legit as he even made a thorough investigation of the signature and confirmed that it was indeed owned by a certain officer of one of the country's largest conglomerate.
Sen. Antonio Trillanes made headlines earlier when he accused Mayor Rodrigo Duterte of "dishonesty" for not declaring in his latest SALN the alleged 200 million pesos deposited into the Mayor's bank account showing a list of deposits but the mayor challenged Trillanes to prove his claim.
The camp of Mayor Duterte denied the allegations against leading presidential candidate and at one point accused Sen. Grace Poe of having a hidden hand in the expose of Sen. Trillanes. Sen. Grace Poe already denied the allegations linking him to Sen. Trillanes.
