The Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) have already approved on Monday, June 10, the five-player trade involving Talk 'N Text, Meralco Bolts and Barako Bull.
The Talk 'N Text traded wingman Jared Dillinger to Barako Bull Energy Colas for bigman Sean Anthony. The Energy Colas sent Dillinger plus Don Allado to the Meralco Bolts in exchange for Ronjay Buenafe and Gilbert Bulawan.

The Meralco Bolts will be the second team of Jared Dillinger since his entry to the PBA. He was originally picked 2nd overall by the Tropang Texters in 2008.

- Meralco Bolts: Jared Dillinger and Don Allado
- Talk 'N Text: Sean Anthony
Don Allado on the other hand will be reunited with his former coach Ryan Gregorio. Buenafe and Bulawan will be the latest addition to the Barako lineup as they acquired Keith Jensen of Ginebra last conference for Josh Urbiztondo.
