Gen. Acosta Couldn't Stop His Tears Upon Seeing How Pres. Duterte Care for His Soldiers


"Bigay ni Lord siya," Brigadier General Joseph Acosta's statement during an interview with CNN Philippines as he couldn't contain the tears flowing from his eyes witnessing how Pres. Duterte cared for wounded Filipino soldiers.

According t Gen. Acosta, Pres. Duterte is indeed "God Given" as the President help the injured soldiers who are neglected for a long time by the previous administrations.

During the visit of the 71-year-old first President from Mindanao, Pres. Rody Duterte, Gen. Acosta witnessed the president's love and care for the injured soldiers of the Armed Forces of the Philippines currently confined at the AFP Medical Center.

The Brigade Commander told CNN how the President talked to all patiens one by one and listened to their concerns as well as comforted the wounded soldiers.

Filipino netizens lauded President Rody Duterte's gestures for acting like a real father to the injured as they believed that the President's love and care for Filipino soldiers will boost their determination to defend the country.

President Duterte promised that he would give P500 million to improved the AFP Medical Center and give the much-needed world-class care to injured patriots of the Philippines.
