Cesar Apolinario lambasted the newly-elected President on social media after his close friend and fellow reporter, Mariz Umali was allegedly "catcalled" by the Pres. Duterte during a press conference in which he says that it is not good for a leader to do such gestures in front of national TV.
Just recently, Cesar Apolinario made headlines anew not for another issue against the President but in support of Pres. Duterte's programs against illegal drugs that is slowly changing the Philippine landscapes in terms of security and safety.
The veteran journalist, Cesar Apolinario was quoted as saying "Honestly, 6 months may not be enough but I guess they have been doing some great things for the country." he stated.
Here's the Complete Post of Cesar Apolinario on Facebook:
But, i am thankful for the president and PNP chief's action to curb the drug problem in the country. For me 3 to 6 months is not enough. So I am giving it to our president and PNP chief.
Honestly, 6 months may not be enough but I guess they have been doing some great things for the country. Ibigay na natin yun sa kanila. Dahil pagbali-baligtarin man natin ang mundo ay may nakikita tayong pagbabago... So I am giving the president and the PNP Chief 6 years to fight drug problem.. 6 years. Ma solve o hindi.. I honestly don't care..
