Watch the Video Report from GMA News:

According to the PNP's report, the suspected killer has been identified through a ballistic exam on the recovered firearm owned by Nesty Santiago, the alleged killer of Siaron.

Santiago is a member of a syndicate involved in robbery hold up, carnapping, gun for hire and the illegal drugs trade.

According to Supt. Gene Licud, Assistant Police Chief of Pasay City, the gun used against Siaron was also used by the suspect in six other cases.

Supt. Licud was quoted as saying ""Gamit ni Nesty Baril na involved sa 6 other cases. It turns out nag match sa iba pang slug na nakuha sa 5 other shooting incidents, all involved in drug activities," "siguro nagka onsehan or turf war area ko toh 'wag ka pupunta," Licud said.

Despite of the identification of Siaron's killer, there will be no further investigation into the case because Nesty Santiago himself was killed by riding in tandem suspects last December 29, 2016.
