Netizen's Open Letter to Trillanes & Alejano After Filing a Supplemental Complaint vs. Pres. Duterte at ICC

A concerned netizen took to social media and shared his Open Letter intended to Sen. Antonio Trillanes and Rep. Gary Alejano filed their supplemental affidavit against Pres. Rody Duterte at the International Criminal Court (ICC).

The concerned netizen Ermin Garcia was quoted as saying "Shame on you Trillanes and Alejano," for personally going to The Hague for another opportunity to grandstand their political agenda before the ICC.

Garcia stated that while Filipino troops already lost a number of brave soldiers in their effort to stop the enemy and to restore order in Marawi, the former members of the Armed Forces, Trillanes and Alejano were doing everything to discredit the Duterte admin and for their own political gains.

Rep. Alejano and Sen. Trillanes were allegedly obsessed with their plans to topple the Duterte admin which is already a sign of their worst character as former officers and gentlemen and as public servants.

Here's the Complete Open Letter of Ermin Garcia:

SHAME ON YOU TRILLANES AND ALEJANO.

Our country is facing a serious crisis in Mindanao. Lives of peace-loving Muslims and Christians are being threatened and wasted by ISIS elements.

And we already lost a number of brave soldiers in the effort to stop the enemy and to restore order yet all that Messrs. Antonio Trillanes and Gary Alejano could think of is to fly to The Hague for another opportunity to grandstand for their political agenda before the International Court, just to file their supplemental complaint vs. President Duterte.

Why am I not surprised that their trip was timed with the filing o f the petition by their cohorts before the Supreme Court to nullify Proclamation No. 216 declaring a 60-day martial law in Mindanao?

The duo could not even think of joining their former comrades-in- arms in Marawi even in spirit, Could not only to how they can help save and protect the lives of the trapped citizens but to stop the advance of ISIS in the country.

Their obsession to topple the Duterte administration is again showing the worst in their character as former officers and gentlemen and as public servants.

Now, I’m truly upset and angry to see the two turn their back on our fellowmen in their most serious hour of need just for a chance to look good before ICC.

Shame on them.

Could millions more be angry and upset with their apathy as well? I bet!

See their 'brave' faces in The Hague. It's almost obscene. Their 'courage' before the ICC can never match our soldiers' in Marawi and in other parts of Mindanao.

(Feel free to share our anger).
