Veteran political science professor from De La Salle University, Professor Antonio Contreras challenge the critics of Mocha Uson to come out and criticize Sen. Risa Hontiveros for citing the Philippine Constitution in the definition of rebellion and invasion instead of citing the Revised Penal Code.


Mocha Uson made headlines once on social media as well as the mainstream media when he wrongly cited the Constitution when what she should have referred to is the Internal Revenue Code.

During the past few days, netizens shared a very interesting topics featuring Risa Hontiveros on her controversial definition of rebellion and invasion but instead of getting negative reactions from her fellow supporters or from Dilawan members, they kept themselves silence.

Mocha once wrongly cited the Constitution when what she should have referred to is the Internal Revenue Code.

You crucified her for that.

You know what, that is exactly the same thing that Risa did. She cited the Constitution as the source for her definition, when in fact it should be the Revised Penal Code. And worse, she even had a wrong definition.

So why the silence now?
