Good News: Pres. Duterte Loves the Philippines more compared to China and Japan.

President Rody Duterte made a very interesting and perhaps the most impressive statement ever made by a President during press briefing before his departure for a state visit in China. When Pres. Duterte was asked between whom he loves most China or the Philippines, he answered heartily that he loves the Philippines more.



The Philippine President conducted a press briefing with the members of the press and given time to journalists asked questions on him. Presidential Communications Office head, Sec. Martin Andanar introduced every journalists who will asked question to Pres. Duterte.

One of the journalist from Japan was given the chance to asked some questions to the President and one of her question is that whom the President favored most, China or Japan in which Pres. Duterte answered brilliantly.

When the Japanese journalist also asked about the favorite foods of Japan, the former Mayor of Davao City answered that he still favored the native foods of Filipinos particularly the Bibingka and Maruya.

The President is scheduled to meet with Japan’s Prime Minister Shinzo Abe and His Majesty Emperor Akihito to bolster the strategic partnership between the two countries, and to discuss bilateral exchanges encompassing security, economic and defense cooperation, infrastructure development, among others.
