NBP Convict Herbert Colangco's Sworn Affidavit Against Sen. De Lima Went Viral Online


National Bilibid Prison (NBP) inmate Herbert "Ampang" Colangco, the alleged leader of the famous Ozamiz robbery group, signed a sworn affidavit in front of his lawyer testifying that Sen. Leila De Lima was involved in the alleged illegal drug trades inside the national penitentiary.



The elementary-graduate convicted gang leader Herbert Colangco who made headlines during that past few months as the first inmate who released an album while inside the prison cell, volunteered to testify against Sen. Leila De Lima.

The sworn affidavit of Herbert Colangco was posted online by PTV-4 through their official social media account. A few hours after it was posted online, the sworn affidavit of Colangco went viral on various Facebook pages and other social media platform.

During the House of Representatives hearing conducted by the House Committee on Justice, Colangco revealed through his affidavit that Sen. Leila De Lima allegedly received P3 million from his drug trade and another P1 million for his big events like concerts inside NBP during the time when De Lima was DOJ Secretary.

The sworn affidavit of Herbert Colangco was signed and notarized in front of Public Attorney's Lawyer Atty. Demeter Huerta who accompanied Colangco during the House of Representative hearing.
