Pres. Aquino Allegedly Behind Supreme Court's Decision to Side with Sen. Grace Poe

In a news report posted by The Tribune, President Benigno S. Aquino is allegedly behind the Supreme Court's decision to favor Sen. Grace Poe and reverse the ruling of the Commission on Elections. According to The Tribune, President Aquino's fingerprint is all over the Supreme Court ruling that granted Sen. Grace Poe's eligibility to run for president.

Based upon the expose, a Liberal Party ally indicated that it has been made only too clear that Aquino's presidential candidate is not his anointed, Mar Roxas, but Sen. Grace Poe. In an earlier report Pres. Aquino was allegedly pressuring the justices to ensure the eligibility of Sen. Poe, while a big businessman was said to have tapped by Aquino to operate on the justices, both appointees of Aquino and former Pres. Arroyo.

With the Supreme Court finally ruling in favor of Sen. Grace Poe despite "glaring constitutional infirmities," a staunch supporter of Mar Roxas said that it is time the administration bet throws in the towel and quits the presidential race. The president was also monitoring the survey ratings of Mar Roxas, but still the LP standard-bearer failed to make impressive numbers and there was no choice but to dump Mar Roxas.

The source of The Tribune who requested anonymity also revealed that one of the reason why Pres. Aquino was secretly supporting Sen. Grace Poe, because under the Poe presidency, he will not be charge as Sen. Poe revealed earlier that she will make Pres. Aquino a member of his cabinet.

The ally of Roxas said: “The Supreme Court decision has the Palace fingerprints all over it.” The source said Roxas should have seen the SC decision coming.
