Thinking Pinoy: The Aquino Government Attempted Genocide Against Filipino Children Through Dengue Vaccine

Veteran blogger and popular social media personality Thinking Pinoy accused the Aquino administration for attempted genocide against Filipino children through the controversial dengue vaccine which was originally implemented during the term of former DOH Secretary Janet Garin.

Thinking Pinoy asked the Aquino admin the main reason why they hurried the purchase of the P3.5 billion dengue vaccine just a few months before PNoy's term ended. The blogger asked if there is some kick-back at the last minute of their terms?

Based upon the investigation made by Thinking Pinoy, the Food and Drug Administration Philippines approved Dengvaxia in 23 December 2015, ahead of the issuance of the World Health Organization (WHO) guidelines, so deployment was hold pending on the next issuance.

Health Secretary Garin bought a humungous number of expensive Dengvaxia despite the said issue last March 2016, even if WHO guidelines still haven't been issued.

Here's the Complete Statement of Thinking Pinoy:

THE AQUINO GOVERNMENT ATTEMPTED GENOCIDE AGAINST FILIPINO CHILDREN

Bakit kating-kati ang Aquino Administration na bumili ng P3.5 B na gamot just a few months before PNoy's term ended? Para maka-kickback pa at the last minute?
The Food and Drug Administration Philippines approved Dengvaxia in 23 December 2015, ahead of the issuance of World Health Organization (WHO) guidelines [http://bit.ly/2Aot2kJ], so deployment was put on hold pending the issuance of such [http://bit.ly/2jC9aT4].

Despite this, the Aquino-led Philippine Government, through Health Secretary Janet Garin, bought a humongous number of expensive Dengvaxia doses in March 2016, even if WHO guidelines still haven't been issued [http://bit.ly/2BsrNQD].

Why did the government buy P3.5 billion worth of Dengvaxia [http://bit.ly/2Apiwd6] even if the very expensive drug was still on trial?

Now, WHO supposedly cleared Dengvaxia in April 2016 and this reportedly led the Department of Health (Philippines) to finally roll it out in public schools.

However, an April 2016 WHO report on Dengvaxia [http://bit.ly/2AkGkAU] states:

"There is a theoretical possibility that vaccination may be ineffective or may even increase risk of hospitalized and severe dengue in those who are seronegative at the time of first vaccination, regardless of age."

Translated into plain English, the April 2016 WHO report states:

"Regardless of age, there is a chance that Dengvaxia may be ineffective or may even worsen Dengue symptoms for those who have not had dengue prior to vaccination."

Yes, that risk has been cited even before the DoH rolled it out to 1,000,000 school children. Faced with such a risk, was it reasonable -- WAS IT HUMANE -- to "verify" that risk with 1,000,000 test subjects?

I would agree that no drug is perfect, but to use 1,000,000 people as test subjects?

THAT IS ATTEMPTED GENOCIDE!
