Miriam's Sister Says the Late Senator Would Declare Revolutionary Government to Clean the Philippines

International lawyer and sister of the late Sen. Miriam Defensor-Santiago, Atty. Paula Knack revealed on her latest social media post that following the advice of her sister, who suggested that in order to clean up the Philippines, a leader should declare Martial Law or a Revolutionary Government.

According to Atty. Paula Defensor-Knack, for the President to succeed in the Philippines, he must be given more powers in order to execute this humongous task without being saddled with a Senate investigation every month and cases against his subordinates and law enforcement officials.

Miriam's sister insists that under the present legal set-up, "NOTHING CAN BE THOROUGHLY REFORMED within six (6) years because everything is saddled with investigations and political rambling.

Atty. Knack also noted that without the revolutionary government, there is no end to the opposition taking advantage of every incident or creating an incident and the only alternatives is to give Pres. Duterte more powers under a revised Constitution.

The international lawyer and sister of Atty. Knack also noted that the late Sen. Miriam didn't even care if she would be called a "DICTATOR FOR LIFE."

Here's the Complete Statement of Atty. Paula Defensor-Knack:

"MY PERSONAL POSITION:

Following the advice of my sister Sen. Miriam, I would declare martial law or a revolutionary govt. from the start, then reform govt., including wars against drugs and illegal gambling because these fund crooks and their supposed election when people did not vote for them at all.

For the President to succeed, he must be given more powers in order to execute this humongous task without being saddled with a Senate investigation every month and cases against his subordinates and law enforcement officials. Under the present legal set-up, NOTHING CAN BE THOROUGHLY REFORMED within 6 years because everything is saddled with investigations and political rambling. People who side with a President bent on reform, might end up being killed, or at the very least. threatened.

There is no end to the opposition taking advantage of every incident or creating an incident. The only alternative is to give the President more powers under a revised Constitution. My sister didnt even care if she would be called a DICTATOR FOR LIFE, she said. She said : "I WILL BE DICTATOR FOR LIFE". She said that many times and consistently through the years !

Otherwise, those who would help her reform the govt. would either be assassinated or jailed when she passes away. She was in favor of a strong President in order to TRULY REFORM GOVT. She said its the ONLY way. Otherwise, papatayin ka o mga kasama mo, ng sindikato o ipapakulong ka ng mga protector nila.

They have a huge war chest and we are seeing that now. It makes me angry that these syndicates are at work to destabilize govt. again. Pres. Duterte is too kind in not throwing behind bars his scheming opponents who are funded by criminal syndicates. All they did from Day One is try to oust him by maligning him locally and abroad. They just dont stop. People are very angry with the opposition. They are political vultures.

Money has blinded them to the truth that they were NOT VOTED into office by the people at all. They should be removed !"
