According to Jose Alejnadrino, the Standard Operating Procedure to oust a non-desirable leader by foreign agents and their local assets is well known by now.

The said controversial SOP has been applied in Syria, and Turkey but now being applied in Venezuela and of course the Philippines.

The alleged SOP starts with demonization campaign to discredit the leader which is now happening in the Philippines under the administration of Pres. Duterte. This is what happened in Syria also against the regime of Assad.

This particular tactics were used also against Maduro of Venezuela, the same tactics was used previously against the late Ferdinand Marcos to trick him into calling a Snap Election. Alejandrino noted that right now, in the Philippines we are at the first stage and every Filipinos should be vigilant with the ploy of the opposition to oust Pres. Duterte.

Here's the Complete Revelations of Jose Alejandrino:

Be Ready!

SOP TO OUST A PRESIDENT
By Jose Alejandrino

The Standard Operating Procedure to oust a non-desirable leader by foreign agents and their local assets is well known by now. It has been applied in Syria, recently in the botched attempt in Turkey, and now being applied in Venezuela and in the Philippines.

It starts with a demonization campaign to discredit the leader. This is what happened against Assad of Syria and continuing till today. We are seeing it against Maduro of Venezuela and Duterte of the Philippines. It was the same tactic used against Ferdinand Marcos to trick him into calling a Snap Election.

The disinformation campaign is a prelude to a military coup as happened recently by some elements of the Turkish armed forces. The assets that are employed usually come from the ranks of the armed forces who may no longer be in service but still wield certain influence.

Disinformation is spread by assets in the local media that are picked up by foreign media and used as the basis for condemnation by institutions like the UN and foreign governments. They are well orchestrated and well financed through harmless looking NGOs and foundations.

The third and ultimate phase is to prepare quietly an alternative government which is drawn from the local opposition parties and composed of men and women who are known to be sympathetic to their cause.

This SOP can be disrupted by pre-emption or in case of a failed coup by purging the elements responsible as is happening in Turkey. Purging has to be conducted systematically and ruthlessly.

In the Philippines, we are at the first stage. There are clear indications we may be moving to the second stage. The key assets of foreign agents have been identified but the list is under wraps for security reasons. A pre-emption plan is also ready. We are just waiting for their next move before it is actually operationalized.
