Peace Adviser Jesus Dureza Reveals Why Loida Nicolas-Lewis Wants Pres. Duterte to Resign

Presidential adviser on the Peace Process Jesus Dureza reveals the main reason why the millionaire-backer of Mar Roxas, Loida Nicolas-Lewis wants Pres. Duterte to resign. The American billionaire shared to Dureza that she is worried that Pres. Duterte passed the presidency to Sen. Marcos instead of VP Leni Robredo.

In an interview with "I am Proud Pinoy, Proud ako" TV show, Jesus Dureza revealed that Loida Nicolas-Lewis was already misinterpreted in the Philippines for her stance and calls for Pres. Duterte to resign.

According to Dureza Lewis is more concerned of the previous statement of Pres. Duterte during his visit in China.

During the TV interview, Jesus Dureza was quoted as saying "I think she was more concerned and I will disclose it without her permission - na she was more concerned about sa sinabi ni President Duterte na kung maging vice president si Bongbong Marcos, then magre-resign siya as President para ibigay niya kay Bongbong and presidency." Dureza told TV host Ethel Cantor Constantino.

Sec. Jesus Dureza was quoted as saying "I don't think this President will relinquish anything to anyone, whether to Bongbong Marcos or Leni Robredo, on a silver platter. Binoto siya ng taumbayan kasi kailangan siya eh," Dureza added.

The Presidential adviser Jesus Dureza met with Loida Nicolas-Lewis on December 9, 2016 in New York to talk about the issues about Pres. Rody Duterte, according to him they had a "Lively animated exchange on President Duterte."
