According to Gov. Deloso of Zambales some missiles are already stationed in the mountainous regions of the province.
The expose of the governor was first published in a news report posted by Manila Bulletin, in an interview the governor said that Chinese military has occupied the areas around Sta. Cruz.
Gov. Deloso noted that China have already inundated the mainland Philippines via a dummy corporations.
Due to the presence of the Chinese military in Zambales, the governor revealed that the United States Navy has a warship watching the area since the unfavorable ruling against the communist country at the Hague Permanent Court of Arbitration.
The areas occupied by the alleged Chinese military personnel had an approximately 500-hectares of land. The said land was sold to the Chinese by former Gov. Hermogenes Ebdane, Jr.
During the interview with Manila Bulletin, Gov. Deloso was quoted as saying "Pinagbili nila (Gov. Ebdane) sa Chinese and tatlong bundok at nakabuo sila ng 500 na hectare of island at dyan ngayon na-station ang missile ng China kaya binabantayan ng American warship yan lalo na’t naging pabor sa atin ang ruling ng arbitration court (They sold it to the Chinese – three mountains that compose a 500 hectare island area where they have stationed their missile; that’s why an American warship has been keeping an eye on it since the ruling favorable to the Philippines by the arbitration court).”
The governor of Zambales revealed further that based on reports, three Chinese conglomerates operate in the same municipalit as the governor claims.

- Jiangxi Rare Earth & Metals Tungsten Group
- Wei-Wei Group
- Niaho Mineral Resources Inc.
